God's Reality, Identity in Christ Jesus.

The reality of real life in the human body is found in our identity. The life of our flesh is in the Blood of Jesus. Our Creator God created man and all things in Heaven and on earth to reveal His glory. He created human being in His image and has turned all power and authority over to His Son, Jesus Christ.

We are spirit beings like Our Father. Our bodies therefore are shell casings - no life without The Blood of Jesus breath of life. This is the reason Matthew 4:4 says, human beings cannot live by bread alone but need every word God speaks. The outer covering of the body then is only flesh with world consciousness: that is, the basic senses of taste, sight, hearing, smell, and touch. This is the essential reason to know Jesus and to renew your mind with The Word. Knowing our creator shows us our selfie. Wholeness, therefore is like our Brother Jesus. God is in Christ and Christ in us is our hope of glory - Jesus' Selfie. Colossians 1:27.

Real life then is knowing who you are in Christ, why you are here on earth, and what you are to be doing while here on earth in a life given to you by grace. The reality is that God created human being with His purpose in mind. Therefore, our success in life or our being made whole with nothing missing nor anything broken comes from our clarity in how we think about Jesus; who He is, who we are in Him, and all He's done for humanity. This is the most powerful thing anyone can know and life's greatest wealth her on earth.

The Word tells us in 3 John 2-4, Our Father wish above all things that we prosper and be in health as our souls prospers, and God has no greater joy than to hear that His children are walking in truth.

Here’s a detailed breakdown of Spirit, Soul, and Body as defined in Scripture, along with commentary. These three make up the whole person. God Himself is He who sanctify us whole. 1 Thessalonians 5:23.

1. Spirit (Greek: pneuma | Hebrew: ruach) Definition from Scripture:

  • Ruach in Hebrew means breath, wind, or spirit (Genesis 2:7 – God “breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul”).

  • Pneuma in Greek means wind, breath, or spirit, often referring to the immaterial part of man that connects to God (John 4:24 – “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth”).

  • The spirit is the seat of God-consciousness.

    Key Verses:

  • Proverbs 20:27 – “The spirit of man is the candle of the LORD.”

  • Romans 8:16 – “The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are

    children of God.”

  • Ecclesiastes 12:7 – “The spirit shall return unto God who gave it.”

    Commentary:

The spirit is the innermost part of man—his God-ward capacity. It is through the spirit that a person can commune with God, receive revelation, and be regenerated (John 3:6). Without the Spirit, man is spiritually dead, even if physically alive (Ephesians 2:1).

Title: "Jesus: The Light of the World"

We gather to reflect on the life, teachings, and love of Jesus Christ, who came to be the light in a world filled with darkness. His life is a message of hope, redemption, and grace, calling each of us to draw nearer to God and to one another.

1. Jesus as the Light of the World

Jesus said in John 8:12, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."

o This profound statement reminds us that Jesus illuminates the path to truth and salvation. In Him, we find clarity amidst confusion and guidance when we are lost. His light is not just for a moment but a beacon for eternity.

2. Jesus as the Good Shepherd

In John 10:11, Jesus declares, "I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep."

o As a shepherd loves and protects his sheep, Jesus cares for us deeply. His sacrifice on the cross is the ultimate act of love, ensuring that we can be reconciled with God. His example teaches us to live lives of selflessness and love for others.

3. Jesus as the Way, the Truth, and the Life

In John 14:6, Jesus proclaims, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

o Through Jesus, we have access to God. He is the way to peace in our souls, the truth that anchors us, and the life that fills us with purpose. This verse challenges us to trust in Him completely, for He is the bridge between humanity and the divine.

4. Jesus as the Redeemer

Paul writes in Ephesians 1:7, "In Him, we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace."

o Jesus’ mission on earth was to redeem us from the power of sin. His death and resurrection are proof of God’s boundless mercy. No matter how far we may feel from God, Jesus offers forgiveness and new beginnings.

Application:

What does this mean for us today?

  • If you feel lost or burdened, Jesus invites you to step into His light and leave the darkness behind.

  • If you feel alone or unloved, know that the Good Shepherd is with you, guiding and loving you unconditionally.

  • If you are searching for truth or struggling to find your purpose, look to Jesus, who offers a life filled with meaning, peace, and joy.

Conclusion:

Jesus is not just a figure of history; He is the living Savior who transforms lives. His light shines for all who seek it. Today, let us open our hearts to Him and embrace the love, forgiveness, and hope He offers.

Let us close in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Help us to walk in His light, follow His example, and share His love with others. May we always remember that through Him, we have life everlasting. Amen.
